Tiny Tigers
(Ages: 4-7)
A MARTIAL ARTS BLUEPRINT FOR HEALTHY CHILD DEVELOPMENT
In our Tiny Tigers program, your child will develop essential skills that will apply to all areas of life in a fun and social environment. Friendships have developed in our tiny tigers program that have lasted decades.

Shoshin Karate Do’s Tiny Tiger Program is where young children are introduced to karate in a fun, exciting, and enjoyable atmosphere. Not only is this program enjoyable for the Tiny Tigers, parents have just as much fun as they sit back and watch the children master their Karate skills.
Designed uniquely for four to seven year old children, Tiny Tigers learn the basics of Karate - focus, balance, and teamwork. With many games and drills, children can’t help but have FUN while learning valuable skills.
Physical Fitness
Lack of physical activity is a very real problem with modern day children. According to the Center for Disease Control, Less than one-quarter (24%) of children 6 to 17 years of age participate in 60 minutes of physical activity every day. Students who are physically active tend to have better grades, school attendance, cognitive performance (e.g., memory), and classroom behaviors (e.g., on-task behavior). Karate gives students a healthy physical activity that will develop strength and endurance.
Social Skills
In the Tiny Tigers program, We focus on the personal development aspects of martial arts training, in addition to self defense and personal awareness for our littlest students. Your child will learn interpersonal etiquette by participating in group activities while enjoying their time with their fellow students.
